Peachtree Papers

Peachtree Papers Magazine

With a circulation of almost 5,000, Peachtree Papers is a major public relations tool of the Junior League of Atlanta, Inc., informing both the membership and the general public of the extensive community work of The League. The goals of this magazine are to inform, educate, entertain, recruit and create a sense of unity within The Junior League of Atlanta.

In 1933, The Cotton Blossom, forerunner of Peachtree Papers, was founded as a simple black and white publication. Today, Peachtree Papers is a four-color, 48-60 page quarterly magazine with features on placements and partnerships, fundraisers, recipes from the Junior League of Atlanta ’s cookbooks, League events and business, profiles on members, as well as other articles of interest. The committee consists of about 12 Junior League of Atlanta members who write, edit and photograph with much coordinated effort of many other League members plus a graphic designer and publishing company, New World Communications.

Production begins approximately three months ahead of printing and is published in September, December, February and May.
