Breakout Session: Inclusion: Leadership Through an Inclusive Lens

Lisa Walker-Holloway is a Senior Manager in External Affairs at Comcast. Lisa is a passionate leader, with more than 20 years of coaching and development experience and a proud Comcaster of 22 years. In her role, she supports government and community affairs and works closely with elected officials, community partners, and nonprofit organizations in the Atlanta and surrounding area.

Lisa firmly believes that “people are her purpose” and in 2018 she earned her Life Coaching Certification from the National Coaching Society. Shortly thereafter, she published a guided, goal-setting journal, the Get It ® journal, and started her coaching business JMC Career Solutions & Consulting, LLC. She offers personal and professional development coaching, with a focus on goal achievement, along with customized workshops, and signature events. She coaches women entrepreneurs, mid-level professionals, and millennials on how to set and crush their goals. Lisa created the Get It® journal for guided goal setting. highlighting her proven 3D Success formula, to provide a blueprint that helps her clients reach their potential and achieve their goals.

She believes that everyone has the power to believe in what they want to become, and her mission is to spark personal power and inspire purpose in others. She has a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Georgia; she earned her MBA from the University of Phoenix and her Master of Art in Psychology at the University of Arizona Global Campus.

Lisa is a loving wife, friend, and Godmother. She is a faithful member of the Church of Christ at Bouldercrest and a dedicated servant to the community.
