Ayesha Doyle

Breakout Session: Opportunity: Creating Opportunities for Your Team

Ayesha Doyle is a native of St. Petersburg, Florida. She moved to Atlanta, Georgia to attend Clark Atlanta University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. She also obtained a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Troy University. She is a Certified Human Resources Professional, with over 20 years of Human Resources experience across a broad spectrum of industries, in both the public and private sectors.

Ayesha began her career in Human Resources with the Atlanta Housing Authority, where she provided support to the HR function and worked on special projects. Ayesha then turned her focus to Training & Development when she joined SunTrust Bank’s Corporate Headquarters. It didn’t take long for leaders to realize her potential, and she was promoted into a Staffing role, where she worked hard to identify and recruit talent for the organization.

After a 4-year successful run with SunTrust, she had the opportunity to provide her expertise for a global organization, so she took the chance and moved to Marsh, a leader in Risk Management. She served 1,000 employees and assisted leaders in achieving their business goals. Ayesha has also worked in Human Resources for DeVry University, Teavana (a Starbucks Company), Aaron’s, Inc. and Cox Automotive. Ayesha’s current role as a Senior People Business Partner at Flexport, has allowed her to empower senior leaders and employees to embrace a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Ayesha loves spending time with her friends, family, and volunteering throughout the Atlanta Metro. She has conducted workshops at local libraries and nonprofit organizations through her consulting firm, The True Human Resource, LLC, where she trains individuals on an effective resume and improving their interviewing skills. She is involved in numerous organizations such as Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., the Society of Human Resource Management and The Metropolitan Atlanta Chapter of The National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc. She is a graduate of the United Way of Greater Atlanta Volunteer Program (V.I. P) and Leadership Clayton.

Ayesha was honored with the “Unsung Heroine” award by The Metropolitan Atlanta Chapter of The National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc.
