Breakout Session: Opportunity: How Your Reputation Impacts & Creates Opportunity

Stephanie Cantillo-Numprasong is a collaborative and solutions-focused HR leader with seventeen years of experience in Education, Hospitality, and the Non-Profit sector.

Stephanie is a graduate of Florida State University, where she double majored in Multinational Business Operations and Hospitality Administration. Her professional experience includes time at Four Seasons Hotels and The Atlanta Opera. In 2019 Stephanie earned her PHR certification and her areas of expertise include: employee relations, recruiting, benefits administration, and building culture.

In her most recent role as Chief HR Officer at Pace Academy, she provided leadership in developing and executing a human resource strategy that supported a progressive K-12 independent school. In each of her roles, Stephanie spent much of her time focusing on issues of wellness, DEI, and coaching. Now Stephanie works as an HR consultant with HR Knowledge Source, as well as ThreePoint Consulting. Currently, some of her main areas of focus currently include compensation, total rewards, and change management.

Stephanie is very involved with the HR and Atlanta business communities at large, with over seven years of volunteer leadership experience with SHRM’s Atlanta Chapter. In 2022 she served as the Chapter’s President-Elect and now sits on their Board of Directors.

Others describe Stephanie as friendly, curious and outgoing. Stephanie builds meaningful relationships through credibility, energy, and trust. In her free time, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family, horseback riding, and being in nature. Stephanie’s son, Sebastian, is in his last year of middle school, and her husband, Thomas, is a private chef, pastry chef, and chocolatier.
