The Junior League of Atlanta (JLA)  launched its Inaugural Day of Giving on National Giving Tuesday to fund our mission. The Day of Giving campaign launched on Tuesday, November 27th and benefits our organization by allowing us to fulfill our mission of promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women, and improving the community through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers.  We are asking our members and partners to Pay it Forward by participating in our Annual Fund Campaign and the Inaugural Day of Giving.

The Junior League of Atlanta will accomplish this goal with a traditional and contemporary approach to raise funds on the largest giving day of the year.  Today at the Junior League of Atlanta headquarters, you will find JLA members -executives and community leaders – dialing for dollars, accepting online donations and posting for participation.  

We invite you to join this bold and brave movement of service to women in our community.  In the words of Carla Smith, JLA President, “We challenge the status quo and are united in our shared interest in building a better community.” Help us build during The Junior League of Atlanta on Day of Giving as we partner with Georgia Gives, head to our Make a Donation page to participate.
