Edwina’s Story

Edwina’s message:

As a native Atlantan, I am pretty passionate about being a big part of the change that takes place here. That’s why I joined the Junior League of Atlanta and that’s why I’ve been an advocate for the Little Black Dress Initiative since it’s inception in 2015. This Initiative has the power to change the lives of our community that faces the challenges related to generational poverty and generational poverty is an issue that affects so many of us. Women who are victims of income inequality, men and women who may have lost a job or incurred unexpected healthcare costs or children who grow up in a home that struggles with food security, all fave the challenges related to generational poverty. Donate. Advocate. Support. That’s all we need from you to help make a difference.
